Need Ability to add Distribution Contact Information to Subject Line and File Name of PM Documents

Currently the PM templates can be setup to address each "To" contact that is setup on the Distribution tab (so if sending 3 people an RFI, each RFI can show their names).  Since VP is sending 3 separate pdfs in 3 separate emails, why can we not address the Subject Line and File Name to include this information as well?  It should be possible since VP can do this with the attachments.
