Increase the length of the "Drawing Number" to allow for more characters

Increase the length of the "Drawing Number" to allow for more characters. Meeting Notes Currently 10 characters We would like to see 20 characters

  Sometimes we need to refer to multiple sets and drawings, only 10 characters long is not enough.
