PM Projects - enable the form to open to a defined job status

Other construction applications enable the user to archive closed projects so that the working field is populated with pending, open and soft closed jobs -- it is cumbersome to have the program PM Projects return all the projects we have ever completed versus returning a default of 'open' projects with the ability to toggle the job status
