This bug (issue) is a year old now and will not be fixed due to only one customer being assigned to it. When you have text in a document outside of Viewpoint that you need to paste into a Notes field, all formatting is lost (bullets, numbering, indentation). This is a known issue. Please add your company to this issue so that it can get fixed. Would be really nice not to have to reformat every time something is pasted into a note.
