The ability to freeze panes or lock cells in the large grids so the job number and name trails behind as you scroll right, would be so helpful!

Some of the grids are so big, it's easy to lose track of where you are at.  If we had the ability to freeze panes (like excel) or lock cell so they scroll with you, that would make things way more efficient.

  for all functions, including accounting, payroll, hr, equipment, etc, not just for job cost
