If you are entering new entries in a grid, you have to scroll to the bottom of the grid to enter a new record. It's a hassle to scroll each time to the bottom of the grid (in our example, AR Credit Notes) to enter a new entry. Allowing for a new record to be entered at the top would resolve the hassle of scrolling in each customer.

I think it'd be handy to have a NEW button which would make the NEW ROW float at the bottom of the window (same columns line up), but it wouldn't matter where you were in the vertical scrolling of a long list, it would allow you to enter in the new row. Sometimes I use the filter bar SOLELY to get to the New Row.
