I want a report that can give me total amounts billed by a particular bill group within a contract (T&M & Progress). Not by a bill group on an invoice(s). Similar to the JB List of Bills per Contract report- but with the ability to condition by Bill Group and for it to also have Amount Billed, Retainage, Tax, Current Due and totals.
The existing JB Progress Invoice by Bill Group report (Report ID 449) already provides subtotals by bill group within an invoice. This report also displays quantities, stored materials and previous amounts. Since bill group is associated with contract items, its is unclear how representing 'all the invoices associated with a certain bill group' would work. We are looking to improve JB reporting, but need additional details - better yet, a sample if someone is willing to share.
We have created our own Crystal Report to do this.
I also have the need to track costs based on bill groups. A drilldown would be great as well. I want to be able to see amounts invoiced, totals, and all the invoices associated with a certain bill group.
