A warning message was added in 6.16 to both AP Trans Entry and AP Unapproved Invoice Entry that alerts users when they have an open PO or Subcontract to the vendor for the job, phase, and cost type posted with the invoice. This applies to all invoice line types (e.g. Equipment, Inventory, Expense, Service Work Order, etc.)

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
