Since all of the text does not appear on the change orders, many times we have to export the document to Word and move each individual box so that all of the text will show up on the final document. This is extremely time consuming. There should be a way to format the text box to include all of the notes written in that section.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Am I correct in assuming that this request would desire that the text boxes be scrollable so that they can display the entirety of the data included in the text field itself?
I would second this and also request the same on invoices.
