Not using standard PM workflows like PM Pending Change Order “Menu>Create>Purchase order Change order” because need new Purchase Order (not a Purchase Order Change Order) for every purchase even if it was to the same vendor / job. Need to create a new PO with no allowance for a PM PO CO, instead of creating a PO Change Order (tied to the Pending Change Order) because both employee and vendors prefer new PO's
