It would be extremely helpful if there were more options for the basis category in the Maintenance Groups as some pieces of equipment require more than just an Annual(Fixed Date), hours, miles and gallons. Such as Bi-Annual and Biennial. There is no other way to track and receive a reminder for a piece of equipment that is maintenance Biennial. It would benefit anybody who needs a piece of equipment serviced other than yearly, hourly or by miles. Thank you!

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
To add to this, having the option of annual based on 365 days only instead of a fixed date would also be super beneficial when tracking DOT's that may get done earlier than the annual fixed date set for them.
