SM Work Order Profitability Detail Report Need Division and Call Type Shown on each Scope

Currently, if a work order has multiple scope sequences, the Call Type and Division only display for the first scope on the report.  I am only sorting by Agreement, and would like to see the Division and Call Type for each scope sequence, as these are important when trying to find scope setup errors.
