Notice when SM Billing Delivery is Complete

Once you click "delivery" in the SM Billing Review menu, you must wait for the system to complete the delivery process before you can do anything else in VP.  However, there is no notification as to when it is complete.  You just get an error message saying it is still in process.  Not a big deal if you are sending a few invoices.  The system is much slower when you are sending many at one time.
