We need a Dispatch Board that shows multiple Service Centers or Divisions. We have one dispatcher for all of our service techs, and all service techs can work for any of our salespeople (who are set up as Service Centers and Divisions). It would help us out greatly if we could set up a dispatch board for multiple sources without needing to add a custom query.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We have project managers/dispatchers that manage multiple service centers, but not all within company, it would be great if we can setup dispatch board to allow multiple service centers.
