Having to create a case is so time consuming and stops production waiting on support to call you back. TImberline has an excellent call center that will work you through your problems and you don't have to wait a day to get answers

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Please provide your toll free support number because I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER been aware Viewpoint had one. It would be nice to talk to a person. If you are referring to when you create a case and wait on them to call you....that is my major problem. We have had callbacks in 2 to 7 days on our cases and postpone what we were doing waiting on Viewpoint. Please provide us a toll free number to call.
