Please have a toll free number you can contact

Chat on line is hard to connect with.   Also a toll free number will assist in remote viewing for our problems.   Having to create a case is so time consuming and stops production waiting on support to call you back.   TImberline has an excellent call center that will work you through your problems and you don't have to wait a day to get answers

  Please provide your toll free support number because I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER been aware Viewpoint had one.  It would be nice to talk to a person.   If you are referring to when you create a case and wait on them to call you....that is my major problem.  We have had callbacks in 2 to 7 days on our cases and postpone what we were doing waiting on Viewpoint.   Please provide us a toll free number to call.
