F4 lookup of agreement in SM WO form should return only customer/site combination active agreements, not all customer agreements

When SM Agreement added so SM WO, the F4 lookup help says the agreements displayed are only for the customer/site combination.  However, all active customer agreements are shown in the lookup window without reference to the site.  This lookup window should only return the customer/site combination OR at least include the site # and site description from which to choose.
