Add the reviewer field to SM Agreements so a default AP Invoice reviewer can be applied to agreement work orders

Currently we utilize AP Unapproved Invoice review for job and PO type invoices and are trying to utilize this for SM work orders too. Regular WO can have a reviewer added when created but all WO created by running the Generate PM Work orders have to be edited after created to add the Reviewer.
