Ability to remove the "Split" box when creating "Flat Priced" Work Orders.

The "Split" Box does have any value to us, and would like to have it removed, in order to save us mouse clicks.

  Since (6.16?) it defaults to L-Labor 100% and NON-taxable.  Nice that you don't have to look at it, but those of us that need to change it every time, it is an inconvenience. Can this be changed to a Company Parameter set default?
