Should red flag if quantities charged from inventory are more than actual inventory has on hand.

Someone could mistakenly charge 1,000 of an item with no limit.

  Perhaps an option in IN Company Parameters like "Disable posting resulting in negative Qty On Hand"? The option to "Display warning if Qty On Hand is negative" is already present and may help you.
