When creating a new customer and site through SM Call Handler, the rate template should default to the SM customer, SM Service site and the SM Work order.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We just added a custom field (and some buttons) to handle this.
Basically a "Rate Template" field within SM Call Handler. When something is present in this field, it gets copied into the new Customer, Site, and WorkOrder.
