The end user should be able to build filters based on a variety of fields that will help to sort through their work orders to better manage their day. The filters should be selectable in a user friendly pick list based on the SM Work order, SM Work Order Scope, and SM Trips.
Today the only way to create a dispatch board filter is through the inquires function which requires SQL knowledge. That is not user friendly and the average user doesn't have the specialized skillset to build what they need.
