We go through an extensive process to plan preventative maintenance time that generates to the work order so it can be seen by the technician. It's is equally important that the information is given to the dispatcher and ties to the SM Work Order Trip so that when the dispatcher is scheduling on the hours view it allocates time accordingly on the schedule.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Please note that it would also be helpful if the technician could see the schedule time for non PM work as well. For example, I have a service call and drag it out for 3 hours. It would be nice to have the trip time show what it is scheduled for.
