Currently work orders can be created (without warning) using the SM Generate PM Work Orders program for customers that are inactive or on finance hold. This is creating problems for us because work is scheduled / performed before our service team is aware of the issue.
At a minimum there should be a pop up warning to alert the user that the customer is on hold.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
this would be huge. We have this happen and it is a extreme inconvenient to have to fix after the fact.
