Fix Dispatch Board bottom row height issue

The bottom row looks like 10px or so are cut off. This causes

• The 'show more' down arrow to be hidden
• The 'Scroll Down' arrow to be hidden
• The Tech Name to be not vertically centered
• The Tech Name to be partially cut off (if showing many techs)

Frankly it feels unprofessional and unfinished. Not the kind of thing you want to show off to a prospective customer.
