SM Rate Template: Standard Item Discount needed

Any change we could get a "Markup Percent" box that would apply to all standard items, in which we could enter a positive or negative percentage? Just like you have for Equipment Rates at the top?

For now we have to enter all the items into 'Standard Item Overrides', but a box to apply to ALL Standard Items by default would be a GREAT improvement. :-)
