SM Invoices : Reflect Credit Memos/Adjustments on the invoice

It'd be nice if the SM Invoice would show Adjustments/Credit Memo's that have been applied to it!

  And the ability to set the credit memo to show up PRE-TAX or POST-TAX would also be needed.

  In our case, our Credit Memo has already been taxed, so we will be showing it pre-tax on the invoice.
