When SM Pending Invoice is cancelled, allow Invoice Number to be reused

Anytime you preview an SM Invoice but do not post, it creates a Pending Invoice and assigns an invoice number.   If you go in and cancel the pending invoice, it records the pending invoice number as "used" and does not allow it to be reused again - even though it was never actually used.   There needs to be a way to reduce the number of invoice numbers that are wasted due to "previewing" a pending invoice.   Especially for those companies that are required by auditors to track all invoice document numbers.
