Require going through a confirmation window when PR Check Print process is complete

Creating a confirmation window when the PR Check Print process is fully complete would help avoid check stubs not copying over to Document Management. Per Viewpoint Support, the Check Print process is not over when the loading bar goes away after manual checks are printed. Creating the required window once the process is fully complete would eliminate the possibility of exiting out before the process is fully complete.
