This would allow a quick access to any projects that have billed in the past and can be updated for current billing periods. Also It would show the PM's when the last billing was for a particular project. Some projects bill on milestones and that may have been several months ago, This will give the PM a glance of when they last billed that project and if they want to bill again or delete till next time.
