JB Payment Application - Sales Tax Calculation shown should be actual rate times sales tax subject amount

JB Payment Application - Sales Tax calculation calculates accurately but the calculation shown is a calculated rate times the entire amount due rather than the actual rate times the sales tax subject portion due.  This is confusing to customers, auditors, and internal users.
