One of our operations companies is requesting the invoice description be added as a column in the grid - yes it shows in the main screen, but she would like the ability so search by invoice description. She states this would save considerable time when searching in the AP Payment Workfile

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I agree. Please add description column to AP Payment Workfile so I can change description in AP Payment Workfile. Currently have to delete invoice from AP Payment Workfile, add invoice to AP Transaction Entry, change description, File/Process/Post, and readd invoice to AP Payment Workfile.
