Ability to add multiple transactions at one time to a GL Journal Transaction Entry batch.

Currently, adding previously posted transactions to a new GL Journal Transaction Entry batch requires adding each one individually, which is very time consuming if there are many of them.  I suggest that users be able to select a range of previously posted transactions to pull into the new batch to save time.  In addition, I suggest that users be able to pull-in all of the previously posted transactions in a batch to make changes - similar to the new functionality that exists for AP Entry batches.
