Some customers ask us to resend copies of invoices on an open statement for them to review and pay. Variety of reasons. We have some that have upwards of 50+ invoices on their statements at any given time that need to get generated and go out via email. To do this from the system, we have to locate and multi-select invoices for delivery through Vista SM, then update the recipient for each and then they are all sent as separate emails so often we have to send them to ourselves, consolidate them and then send to the customer.
This takes upwards of an hour for 50+ invoices currently. It's cumbersome.
We need a better tool for AR personnel to select invoices for redelivery and permit them to deliver them in a single email to multiple recipients.
