Enable all Invoice reviewers who are apart of the same reveiwer group to see whether the invoice has already been approved or rejected

Currently if a reviewer has approved or rejected an invoice, it is difficult for another reviewer in the same reviewer group to see this, particularly if all reviewers in the group are set to 'optional'. This means that if the invoice is not posted immediately reviewers are wasting their time and doubling up on the review process.
