Create a PR deduction and/or liability history by employee report

There is no easy way to look up an employee's deduction history by employee with detailed amounts by pay period.  Would be really helpful to have a report that shows allows you to choose an employee, deduction/liability code, and pay period range that would bring up a detailed report of those deduction/liability amounts, rather than having to use PR Drilldown and click into each pay period individually to get specific details.
