PR Drilldown to include attachments from PR Seq Control

Payroll adds miscellaneous deductions \ reimbursements in the PR Sequence Control and attaches an image of the Deduction \ reimbursement.  The only place to see these attachments is in Document Management.  We suggest adding the link to the attachment in the PR Drilldown report, so it can be easily referenced.
