Contracts with the State of Alabama include stored materials retainage in the maximum (5% for the first 50% of the contract). Currently, JB Progress Billing doesn't include the SM Retainage amount when considering whether the maximum retainage is met, or when the recalculation of retainage to meet the limit. Manually calculating this is tedious, time consuming, and error prone.
We'd like to see a checkbox on the PM Contract that says something like "Include SM Retainage in maximum limits."
