Currently users need to manually do a field lookup on G/L codes that come across on their review list in order to obtain the GL Description. Would be great if the GL description would show alongside the GL code during the Approval process.
We are getting ready to offload the approval process from our AP clerks to the Project Managers who aren't always familiar with the G/L Codes in use. This could be alleviated with user security against GL Accounts but that doesn't seem to be a feature in Vista.

Use Field Properties (F3) from one of the accessible fields in the line detail section of the Review form, select Field Seq#346 - GL Acct and set the Description in Grid option to 0-Show in grid only. That will expose a column next to GL Account with the GL Account description
