Customers would a like way to prevent any changes to an Interfaced bill in JB.
This may be when the original JB Month is closed in the GL, or for any Interfaced Bill.
This is to keep things more controlled. We get many cases in Support where Bill should not have been changed, then Accounting needs to set it back to what it was.
Run the Interface Audit report, find the changes from Old vs. New lines, set the Billed Amounts back to what they were, and re-Interface.
If there was a flag in JBCO to prevent any changes, it would eliminate this problem and many calls to support.

David, Can you share the Parameters and the SQL that you set up for this validation?
For any of you who may want to know, I finally took this into my own hands and have used Validation on the fields in JB to block users from being able to change an interfaced bill. I've been waiting on Viewpoint to come up with a solution and it still isn't here so......LOL
