the error message is "phase code group missing". in order to continue I have to delete the line I just entered and re-enter it. It is the only time I see that error message. It would be wonderful to not have time wasted re-entering the same information. We have been told that it is a known issue. We have experienced it since we started using VP in 2013.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This should be reported in ClearView http://clearview.viewpoint.com, ClearView will give you a much quicker response and possibly a hotfix. This section is for feature requests.
