Individual Employee Reset for Leave

There should be a way to reset an individuals leave code.  We have an employee who has returned to work however, I need to take his balance out from a previous time of employment so he can start accruing at zero again.  Currently the only way to get his balance to zero is to do a leave entry with usage or a negative accrual.
