would like to see on all job cost reports have separate totals for reg, OT and premium. There could be a subtotal also for each phase code and also the grand totals at end of report.

  I’m sorry but I thing View Point should automatically be able to have this formatted. Maxwell had this on all of their reports. Why can’t VP. We spent too much time on our part to adjust, while VP created this report to me it is unfinished. All Reg, OT and Prem. should have subtotals and grand totals.

  Job cost reports are generally customized by user, as such it is difficult to create a single standard report format which works for all.  We suggest implementing via a customized report if current report is not sufficient.  Perhaps we can publish a new report via Clearview.

  I guess we all need to have a Crystal Reports expert on staff to get the reports formatted to be useful. :(

  If you have someone in your company that knows Crystal Reports this CAN be done. Our accounting department saw your suggestion and voted for it and then asked me to vote for it too. I know how to modify Crystal Reports so I did this for our company.
