Since people are asking. I it's the APInvoiceLookupDrilldown inquiry and it's partner the APInvoiceLookupDrilldownLines. You'll need to grant access through VA Inquiry Security for both, then add the first one to a Work Center.

You can find the details in help under What's New in 6.19.0 under the AP section.

Current plan is to offer a Work Center query covering both unapproved and posted invoices sorted by Vendor and APRef.  One line per entry displaying Vendor, APRef, APCo, Invoice date, Description, Status, and Posted/Paid Amts, Provide viewable links to invoice attachments and drill down to line level detail.  Grid filtering will be available to quickly locate invoices based on any or combination of column values (e.g. Vendor, APRef, Amt, Invoice Date, etc.)

Agree with Asa's comment from a year ago, that being able to search all vendors, all unapproved/approved/paid invoices would be extremely helpful.  When a vendor tells me we haven't paid an invoice, I want to make sure I scour our entire system to ensure we don't pay something twice.

if you use the GL Trial Balance Drilldown report you can see all AP attachments that effect a certain account

    Scott,

I would have an option to search globally (across companies which I have security access or an option for per company). Then you search the invoice and all related attachments etc open.

I am a Vista customer, but I use to work with ProContractor.  It had an easy way to look up old invoices and see how they were key and pull up the PDF.
