Let's say you wanted to pay vendor you owed multiple invoices $200k, but you wanted to only pay them up $100k worth of invoices. The system would only load enough invoices up to $100k into AP payment workfile to pay. You wouldn't have to spend time deleting invoices you didn't want to pay.
