The ability to close a period by module rather than just AP/AR or GL. Merged

We need the ability to shut down specific modules, like Purchase Orders, without having to close all of AP.  We also need the ability to close AP entry without closing Job Cost.  These just examples.

  This is HUGE and needs to happen soon.  It's such a balancing act to try to close month end and not be able to close inventory, material tickets, purchase orders on their own.  Having all those lumped into "all others" creates a serious hangup in our ability to keep users from posting items in a month we're trying to close.

  I agree.  It would be nice to close some subsidiary ledgers separately
