There is a character limit for vendor email address on the Additional Info tab of the AP Vendor Master of 60 characters, which for some of our vendors is not enough. Many companies have long email addresses and require the invoice to be emailed to multiple addresses. Increasing the characters in the email address field would allow us to accommodate all of our vendors.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We often need to be able to send to multiple people at one company OR we need to include someone internally if the vendor isn't receiving emails. Due to the length of the names for many companies, we often are only able to include one address.
It should be 255 which is the maximum limit an email can be.
