Create (add) an option to release AR retention amount specific by invoice. But leave the amount and percent option available also

  Also the ability to reduce retainage equally across all progress billings, rather than taking oldest first.  Example:  Owner begins holding 10%, then releases 50% and now retainage held is 5% on all invoices.  This would show a true picture of the aging, and match owner quantities.  This is important for audit purposes as well.
