AP - Populate Description from PO

When initializing an AP transaction from a PO, it would be great if the PO description was copied into the AP transaction description.

    This is causing issues with Viewpoint E Payments when the description is cut off and leaves an unclosed parenthesis. The PO Description field is 60 characters but the AP line description cuts off at 30. These field lengths should be the same.
