Allow for searches by invoice number and dollar amount across multiple companies

If I mistakenly enter the same transaction from same vendor in two or more companies, the program alerts me. So it would make sense that I should be able to type in a AP Transaction reference number and have it pull up all those transactions, regardless of company. It would be equally helpful if you could type in a dollar figure and it pulls up all transactions with that dollar figure.

    Additionally, a SQL query can address this need today before we look to expand our reporting capability.

    Currently, you can optionally enable (Company Parameters) checking on Invoice number uniqueness across companies.  In 6.15 added case insensitivity.

    This would be very helpful!  We have 5 different companies and have issues with duplicate payments that this would help to prevent.
