When returning items back into Inventory as a negative, we want the system to recognize the item at cost, rather than including the markup previously added.

Currently, if an item goes back into inventory from a job, a manual calculation must be made to subtract the markup amount previously added.  If the markup isn't deducted, the average cost of the item is messed up.  This is time consuming and inefficient.  It is easy to make mistakes since this is a manual process.
